 After effects+Sony Vegas? |

I know Baron Soosdon does it... how do you use Sony Vegas with after effects? Would I have to render the Vegas video and then edit it in After Effects or what?

After Effects is for creating the video and Sony Vegas is for adding sounds and making the clips to a whole movie. And you need to render in AE then put it in SV.
