Hello guys I've a problem noticed by other users: when I record with FRAPS the .avi files are very big but also with an HIGH quality as soon as I import the video in Premiere and export it, the output video becomes pixeled, blurried ... you know.

I've tried different output formats but some of those reduced, with the quality, also the size ... with an 'AVI uncompressed' format I get the same quality lapse but the size become five times larger.

I've heard also something about exporting the video in Premiere in the 'AVI uncompressed' and then reload it with Quicktime Pro and then convert the format with it.

Hope to get an helpful answer since I'm desperate.

Many of us do. Just play around with the export settings, I bet the problem's hiding somewhere there.

P.S. Use same settings on import (resolution, apsect, framerate, colors, bits etc.) and export by the way.
