Hi, Ive been told that all the programs I need for making a machinima movie is: WoW, model/mapviewer and vegas/premiere pro. Been wondering bout how u make the camera move exactly as u wish, for example, the smooth camera clips in the beginning of "Busted!" and making them match to the characters? thx :)

Pink made them with a 3D modeling program called Lightwave.

Most of the other camera pans in Busted are made using private server filming.

Well, most of the ones where the camera moves, anyway. There are a lot of 2d pans and zooms also, which were done in vegas(baron) or after effects(me) or, in a few cases, both since many of the shots had mixed elements and camera shake/pan and scan some on top of the otherwise finished frames.

To be honest, such camera moves can be made with map viewer, but you'd have to do it frame by frame the way Oxhorn did it in his older movies when he was using mapviewer and windows movie maker.

In Busted the machinima tool was mostly used for framing locked off shots, since Baron still uses cemeraplu for his trademark swoops and stuff.
